This is a new Vista theme that is been floating around. It's a hefty install, but I cannot see that it really utilizes anymore resources than XP already prior to installing. It gives all items, icons, IE, WMP, Outlook the Vista appearence and it has the floating toolbar which is cool.
I made my on icon for the toolbar to the OCP.

I tried it, pretty sweet. Using it at home and at work. Doesn't seem to effect system performance and I didn't have to do anything myself.

I just want the glossy start menu & task bar. Heh.
 
To each his own. Too flashy for me, I prefer to get work done on my computer and brightly colored themes only distract from that.
 
I prefer the simple uxtheme.dll replacement. Nothing to install, no extra software needed, and easy to undo if needed.
