Uninstall programs installed by other user

Hi all, I have this Win2K Pro question.
In win2K pro I created a power user 'x'. Under this user 'x', I installed a program. I can see this program in the start menu as a user 'x' but not as the Administrator. It's also not seen in the 'Add/Remove Programs' if I'm logged in as the Administrator.
If I delete this user 'x', How do I uninstall this program as the Adminitrator? Do I just delete it from the 'Program Files' folder?

can you get into the other users names if not can the user delete the programs for you. if the user still used if not delete all of it and the program folder. use linux if windows iwll not alow
