Underlined dates/dot boarders

Noticed this today.

Some dates are underlined, some are not. Actually, I've noticed a lot of strange "boarders" throughout the forum today. Using both Chrome and FF.

You seeing this now? If so specific URL would be important. I think we have this fixed.
