underclocking, undervolting?

hey
I bought my first core 2 duo cpu couple weeks ago and I want ttry passive cooling so I want undervloting it a little

Here is results:
cpu - e6320 (VID 1,35V)
motherboard - gigabyte g31M-s2l
cooler on cpu - asus silent square pro without orange "case" and fan

I wasnt making any orthos or sth tests, bcoz I use pc for only www, HD movies, and old games (but not very often), maybe I try to do it later
VID is 1,35V
mulitmeter shows the same Vcore as cpu

So this is the question: I have good chip?, or maybe a lot of chips can do that?
