I have been struggling with this problem for the past day and its driving me insane. This problem occured suddenly for one of my customers and I can't figure out what's causing this at all! HELP! Check out the screenshot
Just to let ya know I have tried the registry fix with the upper and lower filters and it doesn't work. I've also tried creating another user account, which makes no difference along with uninstalling the drive in safe mode and letting it reinstall in normal. The drive is functional in safe mode.
