so I am pretty positive my monitor is DOA, the self test (power on, nothing connected) doesn't even show anything on the screen, one time I did have something from windows flash but then it was gone!
my computer recognizes it but nothing on the screen, OSD won't show up... really pisses me off and of course when you call dell, well we all know who answers and they are no help at all, I feel for a monitor of this price you should get real technical support and customer service! They didn't even try to fix it with me or give possible causes, guy just said "well it sounds like you have a dead monitor" at least I think he said that
anyone have any luck getting a small refund on top of exchanges or should I just be happy that they are exchanging it with a new one and not a refurb?
as a side note, next to my 24" 1920X1200 samsung TN, this hardly looks any bigger, of course I haven't seen the full res yet
