So i currently have :-

1 swiftech apogee gt
2x mcw60
2x mcr220
1xmagicool 120
1xmcp655

I just ordered another mcp655 pump a swiftech apogee gtz waterbock and a Mountain Mods U2-UFO case. I was wondering if it would be better to stick both pumps in sequence or split my loop into two parts. If i split it into two loops would it be better to use my mcr220, 1xmagicool 120 for my 2x4850's and the other mcr220 for my oced quad or the other way around? The reason why i am adding the extra pump is because i am having flow issues...
 
Two loops.... Much easier. Do one loop with your CPU and the other with the two 4850's. You could do one big loop with both pumps, rads, and all the blocks if you really want to.
 
1 loop is going to be easier to plumb and maintain. Linear is just easier and won't net you appreciably warmer temps. Plus, both pumps is series will improve the general performance characteristics of your loop. Now, having said this, you need to know that I'm old skool when it comes to water. If I was going to do dual loops and had SLI/Crossfire, I'd put the video cards on a 120.3 and the CPU on a 120.2. 3 rads in a single case just seems sort of weird to me. :D
 
you could have both pumps going into one res and then back out into 2 loops that works really well
