two 22"lcd which one to pick help

im looking at the Dell E228WFP 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor for $296.10 or
Chimei 221D-NBC 22" Widescreen for $299
i will be gaming,watching movies and internet use can someone please help me pick one

I just got the Chimei you mentioned, and the only negative so far is the fact that there are no options to maintain aspect ratio in the OSD controls. So in effect, everything gets stretched.

IM NOT SURE WHAT OSD IS BUT DOES IT EFFECT GAMES AND MOVIES AND IN GAMES CANT U GO TO COMMAND LINE

OSD is the on-screen display (the one that comes up when you press Menu on your monitor). Some have 1:1 pixel mapping so things don't get stretched.
