Tweaking new pc now.. please help!!!

got my new msi mb in today and set up everything. even got new bios. I will have to reformat on monday anyways bc that is when I get my sata drive but anyways please help me with ram settings.

I have kingston ram and corsair ram
I have kingston Hyper x ram pc4000 ddr 500 and it runs at 3-4-4-8 1t cl3 2.6v

corsair xms LL ram pc3200 ddr400. it runs at 2-3-2-6 t1 2.5v


I know how to change the voltage on the board but when it comes to changing ram setting it only gives me these settings to work with CAS latency (CL) ,TRCD,TRAS,and TRP
since the ram has four seetings and one cl setting and ram has 3 settings and one cl setting what should I put them on for the setting?

first the kingston since it is mine. then give me the corsair settings since it is my fathers

how should each of these trcd = with kingston
TRAS= with kingston
TRP =kingston
CL = kingston

trcd= corsair
tras= corsair
trp=corsair
cl=corsair

please post them so I can write them down so I can have this board tweaked

oh it is the msi a64 board. k8t neo series the 2r
 
read the memory FAQ stickied at the top of the page for info on the ram timings.

when i raised ram voltage on my MSI board it fried the board/processor/cpu/ram.

lesson learned: msi sucks :D
