I have purchased an OEM copy of Windows Media Center 2005, it is possible for me to run a capture card (such as a TV wonder from ATI) on the PCI bus while having my Radeon 9800 on AGP? Or is the TV wonder a display adapter as well?

The TV Wonder, i believe, is just a TUNER, not a video card, however, I could be mistaken on that.

But, conceptually, - A seperate pci card would work fine for your purposes
