I rarely use my TV out but whenever I do, it enlarges the task bar and all the icons just a little bit. Even when I switch back to normal VGA mode, it is still larger. Any suggestions on getting it back to normal?
 
Scrath that- used StyleXP to revert to default and then reapplied my theme...fixed it.
