TV listings - can't get them

I love the convenience my ATI All-in-Wonder 8500dv gives me in recording the shows I like off of Cable TV.
Recently I have not been able to download the TV listings from GemPlus. This tends to destroy all the fun in having a TV tuner card.
I tried looking for help on the ATI page but found nothing.
I tried looking for help from GemStar but they refered me to ATI.
Can anyone help me?

Try doing the same search in the Anandtech forums. There is a thread that might help somewhere around there.
