turning off the vista prompts?

How the F*&% can i turn off the "oh my god you're about to look at something on your pc, it could be a virus..maybe even AIDS!" msg's that vistsa pops ups every two clicks

arg! the reason i clicked on it is because i WANT to see it lol

Windows key + R (run) -> msconfig -> Tools tab -> Disable UAC -> Launch
