I'm somewhat considering purchasing 2 2001FPs for my desktop. I do mostly production stuff, coding, etc. But I also like to game, and I tend to game at 1024x768 or 1280x1024. How well are the Dells for gaming at lower resolutions? And should I just go out and get GOOD 21" CRTs instead of these? I'm thinking maybe like samsung syncmasters or something, open to suggestions.
 
I have never noticed the effects others see when playing games at lower than native resolutions. I play BF1942: Desert Combat mod every night at the resolutions you are wanting with out problems (1024x768) .... actually I think I have pictures posted somewhere on here. brb...
