Just a thought, since i noticed you use VB 3... turn on quick reply so people can reply to all those same ole same ole questions easier then having to go through the post process... maybe you can't though cause of how much traffic there is, i'm not sure what kind of backend requirements that eats as i only run a couple small forums...
