Tuniq Tower 120?

Ive seen the reviews on this thing owning the zalman 9500 and the scythe ninja. I was set on getting the zalman, but not after reading the reviews of the tuniq :D I do have a few questions though. Is this a good hsf forsomeone to install whose never installed one before (doesnt look that hard)?

Also, WILL IT FIT/BE COMPATABLE with my case (antec p160w), mobo (dfi ultra d), ram (ocz 2x 1gb pc4000 xtc gamer...the size), and the psu (ocz powerstream 520w). From the reviews, it seems like it grazes everything because its freaking huge.

Quite a few people are using this heatsink over at SilentPCReview. I don't know if anyone's used it in a p160 though... Just remember this thing is BIG, I mean really big. It actually has enough clearance for Corsair XMS Pro ram, and then extends like another 100mm out from there.
