Has anyone tried to put some sort of noise dampening/rubber mounts on the 2 front side doors flaps?

I've had my case for a couple of months now, but just noticed that when my CDROM spins up, and reads/burns a CD it's causing the two flaps/doors to buzz annoyingly.

I don't have that problem either, cause I took the doors off. I had one of the doors swing closed just prior to closing the tray on my dvd-rw. Luckily it didn't cause any permanent damage, but i decided it just wasn't worth risking damage to one of my drives.

While I did have my doors on, I did notice that they didn't "stick" very well in the closed position. I didn't have the buzz, but i can certainly see how that could occur.

Good luck on getting those doors secured so you can stop the buzzing.
 
I don't like doors. Period. They're annoying, they're stupid and most importantly: THEY GET IN THE WAY.
 
my doors don't raddle.....and i don't even bother to open them. when the cd tray opens it pushes them open. instead of trying to silence the doors.....try putting the thing rubber between the cddrive and its mounting place
