TSADMIN disconneted sessions

we installed a citrix farm at work that the helpdesk guys are using to shadow users for remote work. we used to just use the remote control option in windows. the issue is that once hey shadow someone, and leave, it leaves a disconnected session on tsadmin. if they were to shadow 5 users from the 5 servers in the cluster, 5 disconnected sessions would be there and they cant log back into the server until someone kicks those ghosts out..
Is there a way that i can set tsadmin to log off / reset those sessions after a certain amount of time?

There is a setting called "End a disconnected session" that you can set to logoff disconnected sessions, go figure!
