Im using Windbond Hardware Doctor to look at the voltages of a PSU thats in an Inwin case I just purchased.

It seems as though they fluctuate quite a bit, but I want to use a different program to make sure.

The system has a Biostar m7ncg mobo

I do not have anything to manualy test the voltages, so its not really an option unless someone in Lexington KY wants to come to my house and do it for me.

=)

Bios says

cpu- 1.75 to 1.78

3.3v- 3.21 - 3.29

+12v- 12.46 - 12.64

-12v- 13.02 - 13.14

-5v- 5.60 - 5.85

Both of those readings cannot be trusted for exact measurement. So, if it's telling you 3.3v @ 3.0, the 3.3 may very well be at 3.29 or something like that. They are very notorious for being poorly calibrated. The best way to measure voltages is by hand with a multimeter.
