Truly Bizarre printer problem

I've got an HP 970cxi printer, and I need to print a 5-page .pdf file for my Psychological research methods course. First time I print the file, pages 1, 3, and 5 are alright, but pages 2 and 4 are mirrored. Next time I try, I decide to use the two-sided printing module. This results in all five pages being mirrored.

I've tried deleting the printer from control panel and reinstalling, but this didn't help matters. If someone can PLEASE help me this, I'd be really gracious -- I need to write a summary of the article, and really don't feel like reading it on my screen.

Also, if this belongs in software (who knows what the problem is!), mods feel free to move it.
 
Nevermind everyone, I got it working. I switched from hp's drivers to the built-in WinXP drivers and everything's back to normal.
