Put this fan http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835706024 on my true-rev c, thought the power watt managment doesnt work it isnt to loud. = to the the gtx260 fan at 60% and droped my temps 8c now running 66c so say's real-temp. i5-750@4.0 200X20

I suppose "too loud" is relative. 64 dBa sounds pretty loud to me. My Ultra Kaze's at 45 dBa are very loud in my opinion.
