True or Dark Knight?

Both fit on the 1366. I have read the Dark Knight has comparable performance to the TRUE, but costs a decent amount less. Prob up to you which one you'd rather spring for.
 
Maybe add the Noctua NH-U12P se1366 to that list? I know it works fantastically on my 920(see my thread), I know i chose that one over the TRUE but im unfamiliar with the dark knight as well as the thermal dynamics with the 950.
