Trouble with Vista and Network Drives

I can't get my network drives to reconnect at login in Vista 5728. Works fine in XP but everytime I start up vista it cant connect to the drives. Usually it works if I do it manually, but occasionally it will throw an error saying that the account on the server is locked out. I have disabled the lockout policy on my server, how can it still lock the account? Anyone else get an issue like this?
 
Do they connect by a dos script? My company uses batch files and the UAC bitched about it running each time I logged in.
