Trouble with hardware.

Heys guys. I just built a system with:
Athlon II X4 630
Gigabyte GA-790XTA-UD4
2x2GB of DDR3 1600 Ram

First of all, my OC's and stock clock/undervolt settings suck. I just can't seem to keep them stable. For example, I've tried my last hand at undervolting by only subtracting 0.5v from the CPU at stock clocks, however, I still had a system reboot after about 4 hours of running a handbrake encode.

Now I set everything to stock (except the DDR3 which I run at 1600) and I got like 7 hours into a handbrake encode before receiving a BSoD irql not less or equal. (not my first bsod, but i think the first irql one)

After 15min. of large FFT Prime95 test, my CPU temp reached 55 C.

I've already run memcheck+ overnight with no errors.

I'm guessing either my motherboard or cpu is bad. Any suggestions and how I should handle it?

prime blend test for 24hrs? manual settings for ram or all on AUTO?

I always keep my Prime95 on auto, otherwise, I've run Blend but only for an hour or checking my OC's/undervolts.

I'll try running it for 24hr on stock. (Auto)

if it fails, try setting the ram timings/voltage manually, according to manuf. specs. if that fails, try underclocking the ram to DDR3 1333.

Just set up Prime96 an hour ago on blend. (everything stock, but with my ram at 1600)

Worker #2 says it "hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file" and that worker stopped.

Worker 3 and 4 are still going.

Should I keep going or just try ram at 1333?

try manual settings at DDR3-1600 first. then if any errors, drop to DDR3-1333, manual timings, of course.

It's been about 12 hours at DDR3 1333 and no errors yet (manual @1600 didn't work)
