trigonometry and pdf rendering 16:9 27''?

i was doing a little trigonometry in anticipation of byuing a 16:9 27'' and found that the height and widths are 13.21 inches and 23.47 inches respectively.

assumng therefore that this would render two pdfs actual size at 8.5 inch by 11.69 inch and still have room for the toolbar which is about an 1.5 inches this would be ok?

can someone with a 27'' 16:9 ie 1920x1080 just confirm this thanks. i.e buy trying it on there monitor,,cheers

inverse tan(16/9)
inversetan(9/16)
sin(60.4)=opp/27
sin(29.3)=opp/27

1920x1200 works. 1080p might be a bit tight.

god damn! that means i can only budget for the hanns g.......i need proper confirmation on this though,,according to my calculations it should work. thnx for reply though
