Is there a bluetooth device where you plug into the USB to act as a bluetooth to connect your phone and transfer back and forth?
 
Yeah..looks like they are about the size of a USB receiver for a wireless mouse.

They are in the networking section on Newegg;less than $20 for quite a few of them.
