Has anybody ordered anything from Tranquil PC before?

I placed an order a month ago, and still have "Awaiting Fulfillment" I know they are custom made to order, but I would have at least expected a shipping estimate, or it to have shipped by now. Does this sound ridiculous to anybody else?
 
Yes, they have already charged me. That practice itself doesn't concern me too much in that many smaller companies do not have the same "you only pay when it ships" policy as places like Amazon.

Their slow customer service and lack of a shipping estimate does though. I was just hoping someone here had experience dealing with them. They are based out of the UK.

If I can't get a ship date out of them in the next week I was thinking of opening a complaint with Paypal, which is usually very good for the purchaser.
