Constant reboot. I tried to replace the processor in my Toshiba Satellite 1605cds laptop. It just starts trhen shuts down. i have adjusted the dip swithches with no luck. i tried the old processor and get the same results. It also does this with no processor. I don't know what to do next. Please help.
