I got a question about the silverstone TJ07 and btx form factor.
Do you just unscrew the motherboard tray and flip it around
and screw it back in and you got yourself BTX?
I'm not asking what BTX is, im just asking if that is how it is installed
in the TJ07 or if special extra hardware is needed for the case

Thanks

my question is that how you install it so that the motheboard is upside down?

Those that have flipped the motherboard have had to modify the case. The case is not designed to flip the motherboard.

Flipping the motherboard so its upside down is not making it BTX. you would need a BTX motherboard and BTX MB tray. Some cases have an option to convert the case to BTX some dont. some of the ones that can be converted just need to have a few parts swapped, others you need to purchase optional parts such as a new MB tray or conversion kit.

Flipping the MB over on the TJ07 will require major modification, something that would simply be easier and probably cheaper to just buy a case with the MB positioned the way you want it.

You would need to move the motherboard tray to the other side of the case, and to do this you would have to almost build a whole new interior and back panel.
