Tips for bleeding my loop?

I've added a ton of coolant to my reservior and it looks like all of the tubes are filled with fluid and flow is good...yet whenever I turn my computer off, those huge bubbles show back in certain areas of my loop....when I turn it on...they go away yet I think they still get stuck somewhere...prolly in the reservoir or a big piece of vertical tubing that I have leading to my reservior...tips?
 
Whenever I used a res, bleeding always went very quickly, minus the air that would get caught in the rad. With a decent res, the air has a lot of trouble making a second trip around the loop. So for me it was just an issue of tilting the system around until the air worked out of the rad... just make sure not to spill anything.

Also, you mentioned adding "a ton of coolant" to your res. I'm assuming you're referring to a coolant mixture, not straight ethelyene glycol, or the like, as this could cause some bleeding problems (as well as other problems) from the fluid being too thick.
