i was thinking of watercooling but i dont have alot of money cuz im 16 with no job
and i dont really think i need better cooling for my cpu it runs at 15C idle (when hsf is clean ) but i want to cool my graphics card better has anyone ever used this?
http://www.frozencpu.com/ex-wat-80.html
if so what temps are you getting?

Holy crap, 15 on idle. What is your room at, -25?

I would suggest a Zalman VF700 instead. It's way cheaper, and every bit as quiet, if not quieter.

that would put your ambient room temp at around 59F at most....probably closer to 50-55.

yeah thats prolly right
i mean at night my nipples get [H]ard so its pretty cold

Ahahahahahahahah!

Yeah, if you're not into a full WC system, go for air, the tidewater is way more expensive than it needs to be!

yeah but i have good air on my processor but not on my gpu i want my video cards as cold as possible mine runs at 41C idle when overclocked to 560\560
the zalaman VF700 how much will it bring down my temp?

41C idle is more than cold enough, most GPUs are fine at temperatures nearing 100C. I have two VF700s and love em both, the VF900 has just been released. I haven't seen any comparisons but it should be a step up from the VF700.

Yeah, go with a nice Zalman or Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer for your video card. The Tidewater is (As has been previous said) overpriced for what it does.
