a portable vm software.
now i can take my vm's and the vm software anywhere i go.
move over crunchy peanut butter, as you have just met your match.
what i am doing right now.
configure virtualbox = done
create virgin xpsp3 vm = done
create a vcenter/vsphere vm = done
install windows server 2008 r2 via the vsphere vm on a vmware server = doing
it is pretty cool to think that: i have a host on xp that is running a portable virtualbox. in virtualbox i am running a portable vm, and that vm is installing a os on another server within vmware. man how deep can it go ?
my external hdd that is dedicated to portable apps is filling up FAST. trying to go portable as possible.
tired of installing apps each time i reinstall an os, or when i have to work on someone else's system that does not have the software i need.
