This seems like an awesome deal for a VM server, am I missing something?

Does HP make anything of the sort with AMD? I could only find intel stuff on ebay. I am thinking I should have bought three of these things instead of my current server... It's bumming me out for sure. They C6145s pricing is horrendous to look at - I would just a duplicate server.
