this PSU worth a crap??

You could do a lot better for $110, or even $60. Check the PSU reviews on [H] and jonnyguru.com to get a better idea of who makes good power supplies.
 
I wouldn''t. It's just another topower. And for $109? That almost makes it highly undesirable, instead of just regular undesirable.

I'd get something like a Corsair HX 520.
