Those = get a new PSU correct? Dust I can clean up, but those look bad to me. Just wanted to double check.
 
not mine, a friend of my dad's, and its an Allieo. I figured it was bad before I opened it.
 
Bad capacitors. That orange crap is electrolyte. It happened to my ePox motherboard. Once I RMA'd it, all the bad caps were replaced with new ones and I haven't had a problem since.

Lately though, my cheap (after rebate) Ultra-X finity PSU seems to be giving me some problems. I hope its not a bad cap syndrone too :(
 
It wouldn't be a cap problem, they use reputable capacitors. I don't remember which brand, but it's definatly not fuhjyyu.
