These people are ugly, help beautify them (Oblivion question)

After seeing some threads here, I decided to give Oblivion another go. The only thing turning me off about this game is the fact that the people/NPCs look like weird talking blob faces. I have heard that there are mods that can change the way your personal character can look. Are there any good mods out there that can make the NPCs remarkably less fugly?

Why is she blindfolded?

Is that some S&M mod I never heard about? Kinky.

Those boobies better jiggle...

I have always used NPC New Clothes, requires a LOT of other mods, but the creator lists every single one needed, as well as a link to them. Well worth the effort, IMO.

For own character mods, Rens Beauty pack is king. :)

hmm.. neh, to my knowledge there is not a MOD that can modify the ugliness of the NPCs :(

There's squillions of mods. Look on TESSource.net, I don't want to find them to link you. Then, when you've found them, install them and love me, because i'm amazing.

This what your looking for?

Quote from readme:

"TAMRIEL NPCS REVAMPED is an ambitious Oblivion mod that drastically improves the visual appeal of nearly every NPC in Tamriel. Almost all humans, orcs, and elf NPCs have received "nips and tucks". This mod is not about improved facial textures - it is about radically transformed NPCs into better and more visually appealling game characters - the way Oblivion was meant to be experienced. Players can now tell from a distance an NPC's race."
