Looking into a PSU for a mid- to low-end gaming build ($800)

Will this power supply suffice? Good voltages across the board plus some raving reviews on NewEgg -

Any PSU alternatives must be modular (first build; cable management will be a problem) and must also be about the same price (a person's gotta eat, you know).

As aforementioned, system will be used for serious gaming and will eventually be overclocked (thus the Black Edition).
 
I can't find any specific reviews of that PSU, but it looks to have decent specifications and if it's indeed made by Antec as the comments say, then they're a decent brand. 550W will be enough for those parts, unless I'm very much mistaken.
