Right now I have a stacker and PA120x2 mounted in the front of the case. I have had this setup for two years.

I want to move the radiator to the bottom of the case.

I'm thinking about switching to a PA120.3 but also wondeirng if DangerDens Fan shroud for the stacker would be a cleaner easier solution and just keep my PA 120.2? (will it even fit?) Or should I put the 120x2 up for sale and jsut get the 120.3 and find a way to make a gasket (I don't think I can build a shroud myself)

CM Stacker Bottom Case Shroud http://www.dangerden.com/store/product.php?productid=211&cat=73&page=1

Why bother with a shroud at all. Just place the PA120.3 in the front of your stacker. Drill out the bottom of your stacker and have the fans push air up through the hole for your PA120.2

Make sure you have the stacker on top of the desk or something.

Stacker is on the floor, but it is a hardwood floor. I'm actualy thinking I can probably get away with blowing air OUT the bottom of the case rather than in. In some ways this would make more sense, I think temps should be fine either way, but the MB PWMIC seems to get hot.

I don't want a 120x3 in front of the case I want to pickup some more Hard Drives to backup my data and was hoping to mount them in the front _ DVD Drive + Fan Controller.

Right now I have the HD holder industrial velcroed to the floor int he case. it actualy does not look bad at all! BUt I have a custom window and some special Lighting I have been meaning to post about. But I can't get pictures to come out due to RB color of Luxeon III's.

I would vote for pushing air out the bottom. Dust is a problem from any direction, but worse from the bottom, especially if you have it on the floor.

In my case, I briefy (couple months) had a rad sucking air from the bottom of a case. And this case was on a desk. When I disassembled it to move it to a different case, the bottom of the rad had a very nasty layer of dust blocking air flow.

Just my 2 cents worth...

I'm wondering if I should even bother, this new setup would probably cool about the same but maybe be able to handle more devices.

I want to cool my painboard as teh NB gets hotter than the CPU.

This would also ensure that my HD's get proper ventilation.
