for my new rig that im building... the processor i bought was an oem and so i found an air cooled setup that i should be able to use for future processors since it cools something like 120 watts of heat and only at 18db.. what im slightly concerned about is the weight. it does not come with back plate to mount on the back of the motherboard, and im worried that the block may cause issues with strain on the board.

does anybody have experience with this cooler?
are there any concerns i should know about?
