Thermaltake Armor problems

I just built my first real gaming rig but have a problemwith the Thermaltake Armor case (not the junior). I can't remove the freaking top drive! I want it out so I can put in the floppy. Initially, I tried pulling it out but it didn't budge. I then tried pushing it in but it stopped about a quarter of an inch in. Now the drive bay is pushed in and I can't move it in or out. Any suggestions?
