THERMALRIGHT XP-90C Problems?

I got the XP-90C to go wtih my ASUS P5LD2 and p4 630...

However I didn't know I needed akit for the 775 processor, and I didn't know I would need to remove my heatsink as shown in this picture.

Does that chipset not require a heatsink once the xp-90c is put in place?

I`d like to get my system built today but it looks like i`m missing parts...
Please advise on what I shoul ddo!!!

ok nvm... are you saying the heatsink is too big? as in it is going to overlap the asus 'sink? not sure if there is anything u can do other than mod the asus sink...
