Thermal tape?

I just took the heatsink off my eVGA 7800GTX acs3, and on the front and back of the heatsink, and on the back of the card, there was strips of some white sticky material that I could only guess would be thermal tape. It has the texture of what I could only describe as maybe a fine type of styrofoam, it's not terribly sticky, I was able to peel it off the back of the card pretty easily, but it did leave a bit of residue behind. Also seems to be non-conductive, as there was some stuck to the back side of the board, right behind the GPU.

Where can I buy this stuff? I'd like to have a little bit to put on the back of the GPU if I choose to get rid of my card for a 7900GTX when they come out. Anybody know?

You can always order the non-conductive thermal tape from 3M. It's what I use for my ramsinks, and it works pretty well. I WC my card, and havn't put any sort of cooling aparatus on the back...
