thermal paste vs thermal grease

Is thermal grease better then thermal paste? I am wondering because I just got some microsi thermal grease So I am wondering if it is worth it to switch over from my thermaltake as5*i heard that the thermaltake as5 is fake as5* I am getting 46celcius with Speed Fan with folding at home running. Thanks!

Thermal grease = thermal paste. Same thing.

I see no reason to switch from AS5 if you already have it on..
