I have now:
1.33ghz amd-tbird
256mb pc2100
gf3ti 200
cd-rw
etc etc..

What i have picked out for around 800-1.1k:

Prescott 2.8ghz-3.0
ATI9800Pro 128mb
1gb ram
ABIT MAX2/MAX3
ANTEC SOHO 400 watt PSU
36gb 10k raptor


What i need help with is picking out the mobo and ram. I would like to o/c a little but i dont want to spend half the budget on water cooling and 300 bux mushkin lvl 1 ram. But on the other hand i dont want to skimp on the memory and i wouldnt be able to o/c 100mhz. So i ask you fellow hard memebers. What mobo should i get ABIT IC7-MAX2 or ABIT IC7-MAX3. I have no clue what kinda ram to get. I am not a o/cing freak and will probably get the o/c to a stable over clock and leave it. Thanks.
