the pesky language toolbar

whenever i uncheck the language toolbar through right clicking, it always comes back next restart...who knows how to get rid of it?

must kill language.

Try Control Panel -> Regional & Language Option -> Language -> Details.
Check your default language and keyboard is right.
Then remove any other keyboards that you dont use/need.
Now with only one language ie. keyboard in use when you close the language bar it will stay closed untill you reopen it.

Go to Regional Settings in the Control Pannel. Choose the Language Tab. Click the Details button. In the Text Services and Input Languages click the Language Bar button. Uncheck the 'Show the Language Bar on the Desk top'
