'The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively' ????????

I just set up a brand new dell, and enabled the guest account. However, when I try to logon as guest to test it, it says 'The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively'.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

It's a group policy setting. As admin, pull up a cmd window and type this: gpedit.msc

Once that window is open, navigate to:

Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> User Rights Assignment -> Deny Logon Locally. Remote guest from that list, try again.
