Although an All-In-One PC would be wonderful they cannot have the upgraded graphics capability I would want.

To be honest, the only thing I want is a case that I can put one hard drive, one DVD drive, and have the ability to upgrade the graphics card in.

Right now I have an Antec micro ATX and it is nice.

Is there anything out there that is a super small case that I can put a mobo in with one PCI-E card?
 
It all depends on your needs for a GPU. If you can settle for a short mid-range GPU you can get a much smaller case than if you need a high end GPU.
 
the lian li i linked above takes full size psu's so there should be no problem handling high end cards.

edit: i am trying to convince my sister she needs a new computer. the day she agrees i will buy the following

lian li q07
zotac 9300
q9550
ati 4850
4gigs ram
wd 6400aals
400w psu

all of that in that tiny case would be the ultimate sleeper.
 
It somewhat depends on what CPU you're looking at, if you don't mind a Socket LGA775 chip then the zotac/mITX route isn't bad. Although i'd also suggest the Silverstone SG05 case as it will fit dual-slot cards without issue, although the included PSU is going to limit you in terms of how powerful a card you can put in (it'll do a 4850 fine). Also it needs a slimline dvd drive. Check out the thread in the SFF forum.

Perhaps consider a Shuttle Barebones system (e.g. this) price wise they're usually competitive and fall somewhere between the mITX and MATX in size. They do make an LGA1366 (Core i7) model but it's fairly pricey.

There will be some LGA-1156 mITX boards coming out early next year when intel releases the H57 chipset.
