Test Drive: Unlimited Question

Here is a question regarding Test Drive: Unlimited for the Xbox 360: is it possible to buy new rims or an interior after a car is purchased? I know that one is able to select rims and an interior at the time of purchase of a vehicle, but I do not know if one can go to a particular shop and re-select these options after the purchase. Color I know is customizable, but I have yet to find a shop that allows customization of rims or interior. If you have any information regarding this question, please post it below.
