Anyone have an idea on this terminal issue?

Here we go

Some users on our terminal have issues accessing websites. The main issue is with the site ingramicro.com. We can get to the site just fine at first however within a few minutes or hours the user will no longer be able to display the page until they log off and back on.

However some users are fine and don't have this issue. Like myself i can view web pages all day long and not have a problem including ingrammicro.com

I can still ping the web site after the user has this issue

I can still resolve the name using nslookup to the correct IP

If that user cant access the page it wont effect other users

The server is behind a baracuda web filter however this is our internal TS server for IT and it has a full white list to any site on the net. No traffic is blocked

need more detail on the exact error given from the page can't be displayed.

Do some users have a proxy set while others don't? Is it a java based page?

Other browsers have the issue once it stops working?

Does your Barracuda Web Filter have quota limits the amount of browsing one can do? is it possible they are hitting their quota for the session?
