Ive just raised the fsb on my max 3 to 220 and ram 5/4 (kingston 3500 ) 2x 256 sticks... yet according to the winbond hardware doctor which comes wiv the board the temps havent changed ... ??? whats goin on then..

Only upping the voltages raises the temperatures on your processor. Simply raising the FSB will not create any noticable extra heat.

ahh i see, cheeers. so i can keep raising the fsb till the pc wont post and then change the voltages?

thats not really true. it has to do with mhz and voltage. but voltage is the biggest factor

No - you raise the FSB until the system is no longer stable THEN raise the voltage

...isnt that what he said

yes true, but the emphasis on the "THEN" made it seem as if the order was a mistake by smurkey which was correct
